Nikki’s approach to wellness and layering habits into my life has truly saved and extended my life. Through her 3-part Aligned Wellness program, my mindset and identity shifted to what really matters, and the habits we built have stood the test of time.
In June 2023, I survived a double widow-maker heart attack. In February 2025, I faced an immune system crash with concerns of potential lymphoma. I also recovered from rotator cuff surgery in just 5 months — half the expected recovery time.
Today, my resting heart rate is 55 bpm, blood pressure is 115/70, body fat is 15%, and I’ve gained 15 pounds of muscle in the last year. My last two doctor visits showed blood work, muscle mass, and bone density comparable to a man 20 years younger. Their advice? “Keep doing what you’re doing.”
